His greatest achievement is the modification of Media Malaise Theory. The theory of media anxiety determines the role of the media in the instability of the political democratic system. Dr. Farooq Adil examined the weak democracies of the third world and the implementation of martial law in them in the light of this theory and has modified this theory in the background of the objective conditions of the third world, which has been internationally appreciated.
